The distinguishing feature of BIC Sport’s molded technologies can be summed up in two words - PRESSURE and PRECISION :
All BIC Sport boards are made in molds that apply tons of pressure during the manufacturing process to bond the boards together perfectly, in one shot, over the whole surface.
As a result of this significant pressure BIC Sport’s boards are made in precision-engineered aluminum molds that precisely replicate the original board shape to the nearest millimeter, ensuring an exact replica of the shaper's original design every time.
This combination of PRESSURE with PRECISION is unique in the world of SUP, Surf and Windsurf board manufacturing, resulting in industry leading consistency and quality.
While the materials are simple, the technology needed to properly build TOUGH-TEC boards is anything but. Under heat and pressure we fuse an incredibly durable polyethylene skin around a stringerless, precision-molded EPS foam core to reach a pinnacle in terms of durability to weight ratio. 100% Made in France with the highest quality standards and sustainable manufacturing techniques. Custom Technology for Minimum Weight with Maximum Performance
Our C-TEC “Custom”-Technology was developed to create the ultimate light weight, high-performance boards while maintaining good impact resistance. The success of this construction is due to the combination of Carbon-Innegra weave fabric* throughout the entire board together with a light weight low density foam core. A brushed white finish provides added durability, protection from overheating in the sun and reduced weight.
*Carbon-Innegra fabric blends the lightweight and stiffness of carbon with the durability and waterproof impact resistance of Innegra.

No-Flex Stringer construction for lightweight yet rigid inflatable boards
Ultra-Light, Impressively Rigid, Highly Durable – We’ve revolutionized our SUP AIR construction to optimize rigidity, reduce weight and maintain shape control (via the rocker profile) and durability. An ultra high-density Dyneema® Stringer belt wraps the board tip to tail for added rigidity. Double layer rails maximize durability where needed most and helps to maintain shape. A single layer of drop-stitch material keeps the board extremely lightweight.
